John Cabot University’s Tiber Café provides a uniquely Italian-American experience. While American-style cafeterias are few and far between in Italy, authentic Italian-chef operated cafes are nonexistent in America. Complete with a four course buffet, salad station, gelato machine and coffee bar, and adorned with flags from all over the world, the Tiber Café aims to provide an environment that encourages sensitivity to the diverse ethnic and cultural origins of the members of the University community.
John Cabot degree seeking and study abroad students are able to take advantage of our traditional college meal plan, with lunch served Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm, with the coffee bar open Monday-Friday from 8am-9:30pm. The café constantly offers new menus and offers various cultural events and cuisines throughout the semester, meaning that our students’ palates never get bored.
